A Book-A-Day
Monday June 17th to Thursday, June 20th, 2013 (12 Students)
In this camp we explore a new book each day. Each story will be used as the basis for follow up activities during large and small group time. Children have the opportunity to expand the story’s themes throughout the day. Art, dance, and cooperative games are the vehicles for these story stretching experiences.

Draw, Paint, Sculpt, Collage
Monday June 24th to Thursday, June 27th, 2013 (12 Students)
Using visual arts, children explore one artistic medium each day. An investigative approach encourages the children to make discoveries while encountering the artist’s tools, materials, and concepts. We will choose books to share with the children that are thought provoking and have the potential to inspire creative work.
