Allen Creek Preschool Registration & Enrollment


Registration forms are available below, in hard copy at school, and by email. When you register, there is a non-refundable enrollment deposit required to hold your place in our program. Current Allen Creek families have priority registration for our programs through the middle of January. After that deadline, new registrations will be processed in the order in which they are received. One month’s non-refundable tuition is due on June 1 before the start of the new school year. The remaining 9 months of tuition are due on the first of the month starting September 1 and ending May 1.

Financial Assistance

Allen Creek Preschool is committed to to making the school accessible to as many families as possible. If you want to know more, please fill out our Financial Assistance form.

The school may also waive a portion of the deposit for families with demonstrated need. Please contact us for details.

Enrollment Packets

Once your child is registered, you will need to complete enrollment paperwork. This must be completed before your child’s first day of school, and can be brought to school at your parent orientation. The emergency contact card and medical form are already available and can be downloaded below for your use as you need them. If you do not have a printer or need hard copies of any forms, please contact us.
