Tuition & Records

Tuition

Students are admitted for, and tuition is based on, the full academic year. The obligation to pay the required tuition is not subject to adjustment for illness, absence, or any other reason. If a student enrolls after September, tuition will be prorated accordingly.

The first (1st) tuition installment is due on or before August 1 to guarantee enrollment. This installment is considered a commitment to the school. It is not refundable or adjustable if a child is withdrawn, including the deposit. The remaining nine (9) installment payments are due on the first of each month beginning September and ending May.

Allen Creek will charge a $25 fee for each late tuition payment and any check returned for insufficient funds. Payment may also be be made by credit cards. There is a 4% service fee applied to credit card payments. For current tuition rates and a copy of the current registration agreement, please click here.

School Records

Allen Creek maintains a record of developmental progress for each child. Parents have access to their own child’s file at all times. Teachers, administrators and family consultants have access to student files. Student records are kept confidential at all times. Student files are only made available outside the school with a release form signed by a parent.

Withdrawal

Parents may withdraw their child from the program and be exempted from the remainder of the payments provided the school is given a four-week notice in writing. Any payments made prior to notification of withdrawal are not refundable. Due to the difficulty of filling a spot late in the year, families who withdraw after March 31 will be required to complete all tuition payments for the remainder of the year (April and May installments).

Disenrollment

On rare occasions, Allen Creek may find that our program is not meeting the needs of a particular child. In those instances, Allen Creek reserves the right to ask a family to leave the school. This extreme step is not taken without specific documentation of our stated concerns and team meetings to discuss them with parents. Whenever possible, Allen Creek suggests options for alternative placements.
